About Us

The Staff

Our Physical Therapy team, consisting of several experienced therapists, has been carefully and selectively assembled over the past few years. We’ve made it a commitment to hire only the best therapists, who have different specializations to add to our diverse therapy group. Our staff is highly regarded throughout the Physical Therapy community and has had tremendous success in treating patients and producing positive outcomes.

Terry Abrams, MPT, CSCSPresident, Physical Therapist
After getting his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Terry received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2003. A former professional tennis player, Terry won a Gold Medal in the 1999 Pan American Maccabi Games. Having several injuries during his tennis career, Terry used the services of several different therapists for rehab. After beginning his career in Physical Therapy, Terry noticed that the quality services that had once helped him navigate through his tennis career had been replaced by assembly line clinics that treated over 100 patients a day. Terry founded CardioFlex Therapy in 2005 in Fort Lauderdale, thereby realizing his vision of bringing an individualized and personal approach to Physical Therapy. Terry performs Physical Therapy in the Outpatient Clinic.
