Light The Night Fort Lauderdale

CardioFlex Therapy enjoys supporting mission-focused causes by participating in fundraisers and local community events throughout the year. We would like to continue raising awareness of these causes and community organizations, and the people that they are trying to help.

Here are a few community events to participate in and support this season!

Alzheimer’s Association of Southeast Florida: Walk to end Alzheimer’s
Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at 8am- Nova Southeastern University
The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

American Heart Association: Miami-Dade Heart Walk & 5K Run
Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at 8am- Maurice A. Ferre Park
Heart walk is about coming together, getting hearts pumping, honoring survivors, raising lifesaving funds – and having fun along the way!

Arthritis Foundation: 2022 Jingle Bell Run
Saturday, December 17th, 2022 at 8am- Tropical Park
Wear your favorite holiday attire and invite family and friends to join you at this fun community event. Together, we’re raising funds to support research for ARTHRITIS TREATMENTS & A CURE — plus life-changing ARTHRITIS RESOURCES & LOCAL PROGRAMS.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: Light The Night Walk Fort Lauderdale
Sunday, November 19th, 2022 at 5:30pm – Esplanade Park
At The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night we gather as a community to  celebrate, honor, and remember those touched by blood cancers.

Make a Wish Foundation: Make-A-Wish Turkey Trot
Thursday, November 24th, 2022 at 8am- Lummus Park
In the spirit of the holiday, we invite you to bring your friends and family to help grant life-changing wishes for courageous children in our community. Feel great and be grateful at the Turkey Trot For Wishes!

Special Olympics- South Florida: 2022 Race for Inclusion
Thursday, December 8th, 2022 at 5pm- Bayfront Park, Miami
Race for Inclusion is a nine-month celebration that culminates with a series of race events across Florida.   This is Special Olympics Florida’s challenge to build a world of inclusion and acceptance.

For Home Physical Therapy, CardioFlex sends its therapists to homes located in Broward, Dade, & Palm Beach counties.
