CardioFlex Therapy is excited to announce that we have expanded and moved on October 1, 2013, to a brand new 2300 sq. ft. Outpatient Clinic located in Davie, FL. CardioFlex performs Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy in our new clinic. We also perform Personal Training & Therapeutic Massage in our Outpatient Facility for patients who need those services.
For Workers’ Comp, we perform Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Work Conditioning, and FCE’s. CardioFlex accepts a wide range of insurances including Tricare, Medicare, all major PPO’s & POS’s, all Work Comp plans, and all Auto Accident plans, and many HMO’s. CardioFlex also offers a fee for service arrangement to help patients have access to high-quality Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy rehabilitation, like everyone else. We’re planning on having an open house soon for our target market, and will announce that as soon as we have it scheduled.
