We’ve expanded our insurance portfolio to a maximum level, while still providing the quality care that we are known for. By constantly keeping an open mind to new insurances and healthcare networks, we continue to elevate the possibilities and choices that our patients covet.
We accept most health plans/insurance plans that are PPO,POS and EPO from; Ambetter, Oscar, Bright HealthCare, United Health Care (UHC), Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), UMR, Humana, Aetna, GoldenRule, Avmed, NHP, GHI Cigna and more. We accept Marketplace plans as well as Government plans such as; TRICARE, Medicare, CHAMPVA and Medicaid. We also take all Auto accidents and Workers’ Comp plans.
For prospective patients, we always verify their plan benefits for accuracy and detailed billing information. We then relay this vital information to them as soon as possible, so Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy begins without a delay. If you have a prescription from your doctor; please bring it with you to therapy. If you don’t have it, let us know and we will try to get one for you.
