We accept all health plans/insurance plans PPO and POS from Cigna, Avmed, United Health Care (UHC), GoldenRule, UMR, Humana, Aetna, Seminole Tribe, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Coventry, Medica, Universal, Secure Horizons, Beech Street, and more. We accept all Government plans from Medicare, Tricare, and the US Treasury. We also take all Auto accidents and all Worker’s Comp. We can accept all HMO’s from Cigna, UHC, NHP, and Coventry.
We are always getting on new plans so if you have any questions please call us to verify your insurance and find out if we can accept it.
Our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic is located in Davie, FL. We are right next to Cooper City, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Plantation, Hollywood, Sunrise, and Fort Lauderdale.
For Home Physical Therapy we travel to patient’s homes located in Broward, Dade, & Palm Beach counties.
