CardioFlex Therapy is currently in need of Physical Therapists (PT) for Home Therapy. This is a Per Diem position, and evaluations will be given out as we receive them. The Physical Therapist will be in charge of evaluations in the Home Therapy setting, and occasionally some treatments. Our Home coverage area includes Broward, Dade, & Palm Beach counties.
Requirements and Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, a current License of Physical Therapy, and a minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat all injuries and conditions of our patients in addition to functional rehabilitation. We provide excellent support for our Therapists and make sure that they are sent all pertinent information and paperwork needed for each patient.
